An experienced sales professional, Richard Barnhill most recently served as a regional account executive with Stericycle, a regulated waste and compliance company in Framingham, Massachusetts. In this role, he was responsible for accounts generating more than $7 million across the northeastern United States and eastern Canada. Richard Barnhill achieved 30 percent growth during this time as he obtained and expanded business in the areas of medical waste, sharps management systems, and secured document destruction, as well as OSHA and HIPAA compliance.

Prior to taking on responsibilities as a regional account executive, Richard Barnhill held other positions with Stericycle, including spending six years as a territory sales specialist and two years as a healthcare compliance representative. He began his sales career as an outside sales territory manager for Arbordahl & Associates, Inc., a role in which he supervised six sales representatives while guiding B2B sales and driving team revenue.

Richard Barnhill holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Outside of his professional life, he gives back to the community through his support of charitable initiatives such as the Save-A-Star Drug Awareness Foundation. During his free time he enjoys golfing, writing, and playing guitar.
